John Petropolous Memorial Fund
In 2001, a police officer named John Petropolous fell to his death while responding a call at an unsafe workplace. Since then, his widow Maryanne Pope has made it her personal mission to prevent this from happening to anybody else. So began the John Petropolous Memorial Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting workplace safety.

Elbowroom Design has a long-lasting connection with JPMF, and to this day continues to be closely involved in all of its major initiatives. From creating and managing the website, helping to promote and distribute its various Public Service Announcements, to sending out regular email campaigns, Elbowroom’s services help keep JPMF’s information fresh and effective.
The website for the John Petropolous Memorial Fund is a compact, flexible portal that hosts a library of videos, press releases and PSAs. We’ve ensured that the look and feel of the website is carried over into JPMF’s e-marketing initiatives. When supporters receive an email from the JPMF team, the friendly blue colours and the familiar maple leaf logo are instantly recognized.
The emails we create and send out for JPMF are managed through our cutting edge management interface, which lets our client view real-time statistics, track responses and gauge the effectiveness of each campaign.

JPMF’s valuable initiatives continue to impact employers, workers, emergency crews and their families in the Calgary area, and Elbowroom Design is proud to provide the professional design services that help JPMF create partnerships for positive change.
